I suggest going to the NHTSA website and filing a complaint. Your car would have been a major hazard if this had occurred in traffic (include that in the problem). Maybe if they get enough complaints of this, NHTSA might force Jaguar to issue a formal recall for the US like they did in other countries. Canadian members should do the same at Transport Canada. It isn't a formal recall there either.
One week into the warranty process. Dealer needs to get OK from JLR for warranty work and then needs to get the wiring harness ordered from JLR. I was able to get a loaner car. 2022 Range Rover Evoque. Nice since there is a fair amount of snow on the roads and the wife's Lexus is only 2-wheel drive.
So still waiting, but at least I can still get to the slopes to do some skiing.
