I may be picking up my I-Pace on Saturday. What is the current software version, so I can ask the dealer to make sure it's updated before I take delivery?

Touch Pro Duo is 19B. Don't know about the Vehicle/Telematics version.

As for Telematics, I have 16.2 (on my 2020 HSE delivered 10 weeks ago), but I've heard on this forum that 17.2 is out. I still have Infotainment S_19A, but many others have successfully upgraded to S_19B via OTA update... it requires your dealer to 'release' the update specifically for your vehicle.

I called the local dealer to have them "release" it.

Innocent sounding voice responded: "I don't see anything like that. You have to bring your car in and let us hook it up to our computer."

As I said before, I don't expect to ever see OTA updates that involve dealer "release."

I picked up my i-Pace last week and here are the updates that were made.

H228 SOFTWARE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME
H207 HOOD LATCH AND CABLE
H221 INSTALL NEW CHARGE PORT LABEL
H237 INSTRUMENT PACK CLUSTER UPDATE

and the versions on Telematics to 17.2 and Infotainment to 19B per the advice here (SBingham60, Dantrium and [email protected])
