I am taking it in early next week. I have a list. I am on S18B on the infotainment system and probably neither of the other two updates have been done. We will see. Absolutely love the car though.
I'm on S18D. Hopefully I will get an update soon. I might be taking it in for service next week. I'm brow beating my service rep to give me the updates. They said it was already up to date when I had it in for service a couple of weeks ago. Ridiculous.

Strange things seem to happen with the InControl/Telematics, etc. when I drive the car and then turn it off. Drive again and turn it off and something else strange might be happening or not happening. Nothing big, just little annoyances like the app not connecting. I lost my app connection pretty much exactly when I stopped charging. Strange.
Arg. What a pisser. Either your dealer is incompetent or the car has some sort of issue they can't figure out. I'm keeping fingers crossed for the former.
Reinforced both rear air dams. Got (4) new retaining scrivets (blind rivets) from my Jaguar Dealer at no charge. Thanks to "Ayepace" the installation was quite easy. All I can say is "You're THE MAN"! (I think? Right?)

You're welcome.
Did you ever get your app to connect to your car. Mine stopped connecting 2 days ago and I can't get either the old or the new app to connect and I have uninstalled and reinstalled both.
Drove the car today and as I kind of expected, the app worked after I got back home from driving. Strange. Still hoping that I get my software updates and that these little strange occurrences mostly go away.

That's a great idea. I will try it one of these days!
Drove through windy Topanga Canyon Road, lunch at Inn of the Seventh Ray, and drove some more windy road to the beach.

Nice. I used to get to Palo Alto occasionally to visit customers at the VA and Stanford (Page Mill Road rang a bell). I usually try to stay at Half Moon Bay and drive by La Honda. Would love to do that drive with my iPace and not whatever rental I get, although these days, I'd settle in being able to travel again and drive whatever.
No joy. Must be something wrong with the car. I love the car but man the tech is not ready for prime time. The rain sensing wipers have to be the worst of any car I have ever had. The lane keeping assist will activate while my blinker is on, they can't activate my 90 day trial of the 4G connectivity and I can't buy a plan and now the Remote App just stops. Goodness what a mess.
Quick update here, I found the problem with the lane keeping assist. Turns out it wasn't that at all, it was the blind spot monitoring. It was set to steer, not notify so if you are in the right lane with your blinker on to turn left at an intersection and there is a car in the left lane also turning left, the car will try to steer you back to the right because BSM thinks I am changing lanes. Problem solved.

I looked at the kitty today. I also drove her. (Yesterday I washed her.) That's special enough for me. I don't think there's a more amazing car out there right now.

Due to TS Isaias, we needed gas for the generator today. Felt weird pulling into WaWa, getting the gas tank out of kitty and filling it up. Kinda like taking your teenager to the beer store

Luckily we kept our power, although the neighborhood next to ours lost power. It is actually rare for us to lose power. We must be in a good spot. (y)

Hopefully you get it back soon! Kitty is thirsty.
Out for 9hrs. Predicted not back until 8pm tomorrow, but back on late tonight.
Big thanks to the linemen out working in this storm and the virus.
Ran battery down to the lowest point ever! Also tried charging at a local free (I think) public charger and all I got was "Initializing". I actually didn't confirm the lights on the charger while it was initializing, but the lights were as they should be prior to plugging in. After about a minute and no charging, I unplugged and moved the car. Another car was connected when I returned to the car a while later. I assume they were charging, but didn't check for confirmation. The low state of charge pictured was after returning home from the day's activities. Never having it down that low, I was starting to sweat. It didn't help that my wife insisted the A/C stay on. ;) Pics below:

I'm currently charging at home. We'll see if the GoM changes my full charge estimate. This is the first time I've done anything that would be considered a full battery charge. I'll start tracking my miles vs. charge used and get a real sense of what my battery is delivering.

262 miles seems like a pretty good baseline. I assume that is defaulted to "comfort" mode, but it was in "Eco" prior to charging. WattCat also shows 100% optimization and 86kWH. From 4% to 100%, my charger shows it provided 90 kWH or energy to the battery. Starting at 4% state of charge and going to 100% should be about 82.7 kWH. Does showing about 9% more on my charger seem about right?

Thanks!

Your energy loss from AC-DC conversion is a little lower than it actually is because WattCat (the API) reports kWh values that are ca 5% inflated over the OBD value. Which puts it very close to where I see my loss values (at 13%). Report back your GoM at 91% will ya? 🍺

@sciencegeek, are you saying the 86.15kWH shown on WattCat in the screen capture above is higher than actual? So my actual battery capacity was at 82kWH?

My wife and 20 year old daughter (daughter driving) went joy riding in the Kitty today and already blew past 91% to 82%. I think the 91% status capture will be a work in progress. ;)

Yeah but don't sweat it. Everyone's in the same boat.

Haha, yes, it's tough to catch it right at 91%. 100% is so convenient by comparison!
