What a great find! I know nothing about Tesla's network ... are destination chargers common? Is it free to plug into them?
Niiice. Did they give you the hat? I need a hat like that.
I picked out my 2nd I-Pace. I wonder if I might be the first in the U.S. to have owned two.
For sure!
There's also an adapter to go between the typical RV park connection and a NEMA 14-50. I can post a picture of mine if you need it. Got it from Amazon.
What's the max wattage of a typical RV park connection?
What, it's in plastic bags?? Why not loose, you could have fit more!

Next time. I think there's more mulch in your future. Maybe even manure >:)
Hey everybody, with all that discussion about batteries I figured it would be great to bump this thread for balance!
Yesterday ... I met a friend at the coast and had a great time driving twisty county roads up the hill and down (KMR and Tunitas Creek for those of you in the area). Then my friend told me he'd be an hour late, so I drove Old Stage Coach Road and did a loop. Then we hiked on the beach and I drove home via 84, also twisty. I loved every second of those drives while listening to music and enjoying the scenery. And yes the beach hike was fabulous too :)

I'm 2/3 of the way (1000km so far) on a road trip from Montreal-Boston-Albany->Toronto->Montreal. That takes me through the White Mountains in New Hampshire, downtown Boston, around Lake Ontario (via Niagra Falls) and back home. Still can't believe how solid the car feels. Driving the last 600km through a 12" snow blizzard.
Wow, you the man! Best of luck with the rest of the trip!
Nice! The 'trunk' is not tall but it's really long. Nyland's banana box test, where the I-Pace came out middling, belies the fact that long is useful ...
buttons on top of the seat backs, by the doors
very easy
Sweeeet! Congrats! (You may have to take a "smoking break" from work ... remember those ;)?)

Arg. What a pisser. Either your dealer is incompetent or the car has some sort of issue they can't figure out. I'm keeping fingers crossed for the former.

I looked at the kitty today. I also drove her. (Yesterday I washed her.) That's special enough for me. I don't think there's a more amazing car out there right now.

Your energy loss from AC-DC conversion is a little lower than it actually is because WattCat (the API) reports kWh values that are ca 5% inflated over the OBD value. Which puts it very close to where I see my loss values (at 13%). Report back your GoM at 91% will ya? 🍺
@sciencegeek, are you saying the 86.15kWH shown on WattCat in the screen capture above is higher than actual? So my actual battery capacity was at 82kWH?
Yeah but don't sweat it. Everyone's in the same boat.

My wife and 20 year old daughter (daughter driving) went joy riding in the Kitty today and already blew past 91% to 82%. I think the 91% status capture will be a work in progress. ;)
Haha, yes, it's tough to catch it right at 91%. 100% is so convenient by comparison!
