Hi,

So with my I-Pace 2021 (PiviPro),

1. the user creation doesn't work - it's not saving at the end, and
2. the saved radio favourites are always gone after the car gets charged.

Anybody has some ideas, or had the same issues and solved it? Many thanks!

Haven’t had the same issues in Pivi pro. Sorry.

I thought all 2020 had InControl Touch Pro. Perhaps that’s a US thing.

Pivi Pro started with 2021 models.
What version is installed?
The UK based site may have more experience with it.

Latest version, just did the newest OTA update last week, but these 2 problems have been there before.

hi. when are you inputting the settings? I recommend doing the setup then going for a drive for a bit before shutting the car down. I believe the car doesnt remember changes if you start it, complete the setup and then immediately shut it down. if this makes sense.

No, it's happening all the time. As soon as it gets charged to 100%, all is gone. We select them while driving, driving onwards, shutting down, starting up, all good. But as soon as fully recharged, they're gone again.

Have you ever rebooted Pivi? Press in on the power button below the center display for 20 seconds. This will reboot Pivi. You may have to reset the favourites fi they are missing when you do that.

I haven't been able to fathom how there is a relationship between SOC and loss of favourites. Any issues with fob battery strength? Has the fob battery ever been replaced? Are you using the same fob all the times? The reason for these questions is related to profiles. Do the fobs have different profiles where one has the favourites and other doesn't with a coincidence of changing fobs when the car is charged?
