Here are the list of issues as of this afternoon logged in Topix. Note that if a problem is found that isn't product wide they won't list it. There are also two TSB's on it one concerning the door handles not fully retracting in the lock position and the other has to do with the windshield if it's damaged, there's a special process to follow.

So a few updates: First, if something needs to be done to an IPace the dealer MUST get preauthorization from the UK to do anything BEFORE they attempt a repair. This is 100% non-negotiable. Parts for the IPace are also extremely managed to the point where they must have preauthorization before the UK will ship them to US. It's unlike any other JLR product in terms of how's it repaired and how parts are obtained. Also, the radio and display panel issues are well know. HOWEVER, if your car doesn't exhibit symptoms they will not repair it until the system (Pathfinder) tells them. Any updates, whether they're software or parts are managed by Pathfinder.

Mine has had one issue - on test driving it the brake pedal was making a weird noise.

It seems TOPIx has changed in the last two weeks. They seem to be limiting the amount of information you can see for free.
The campaign for the front right and left suspension components (SSM74164) was supposed to have parts available the 51st week of this year. My dealer is telling me that the parts are not going to be available to US dealers until mid January at the earliest. From my understanding this affects all vehicles.

ChicagoIPaceGuy, do you have the ability to see more with a (your) paid subscription?

Yeah. but here's the problem with your suspension issue. Jaguar's hierarchy for troubleshooting isn't as straightforward as you think. You have three categories. First, Field Actions. This is when a known issue must be corrected vehicle wide. So far, very few field actions have been posted. Next are Special Service Messages - these are the day to day issues that in field mechanics report via an individual's car on Pathfinder. Just because some of you are having display issues with screens doesn't mean we all will have those same problems. Technical Bulletins are changes to operating procedures or instructions to fix or correct a problem if it occurs.

So let's go back to this suspension issue. Mine doesn't have it. This is a SSM, not a TSB. It won't get corrected UNLESS it actually happens to my car. The reason is because they fix the issues on the line as they happen or come up with engineering fixes in real time.

Having been an F-Pace owner and also having a Velar and 15 prior JLR products, I'll tell you all right now that being the first to get the IPace might be a bit painful. But they'll get it straightened out. The biggest issues are ICTP. By far. The entire application sucks. The fact that the IPace was out in the UK in June helps us in the US greatly.

I do know that as of earlier this week there was a HOLD on new builds bound for the US. So that could mean two things. One, all of the cars come into the BWI Car Terminal and I was told their held up in PORT, meaning they need some corrective actions before they get released to dealers. The other is that all builds could be sitting in the UK, again, they could be getting corrective actions at the UK port or even at the factory post production.

All new orders going forward for US bound cars are 2020MY. If you ordered a car today, you might see it in April or early May.

Can you tell me what the following message means on TOPIX when I search my VIN?

OUTSTANDING CAMPAIGNS
H169 - SERVICE REQUIRED MESSAGE AND SYMBOL NOT DISPLAYED
