Has anyone used an adaptor to convert the CCS to a Tesla charger? If so, do you have a recommendation? Thanks

I called JLR and Lectron was the recommended adapter. . I could not get a model number from JLR and bought the wrong one, which I returned. Lectron said their model Lectron Tesla to J1772 EV Adapter /250 / 48 Amp is compatible with Jaguar IPace. It is compatible with Tesla High Powered Wall connectors, all generations of destination chargers and mobile connectors. However - NOTE that this adapter will not work with Tesla Superchargers. I have never looked at the Tesla chargers - are some labeled "Superchargers." I-Pace owner's manual, pg. 23, says "make sure the AC charging cable meets standard SAE J1772. But, there is more to know than just that!

After doing my own research (including seeing the above discouraging content online), I decided to take a chance and order two adapters for Level 2 (Tesla Destination Chargers) and Level 3 (Tesla Superchargers). They worked:

Level 2:
Viptoo DD003A-BK Adapter for Tesla to J1772 EV Charger [Only to J1772], Converter Up to 60Amp 250V AC with Press-Safety-Lock, Compatible with Tesla High-Powered Connectors, Destination/Mobile Chargers,Black,

Level 3:
LWbrazl TSL-CCS1-L NACS to CCS1 Charging Adapter, 250KW Tesla Supercharger, Fast DC Charging at Tesla Supercharger Stations, Electric Vehicle Adapter Compatible with Ford, Rivian, GM, Volvo EVs

As an alternative to Tesla chargers, I used the Rivian Adventure Network (RAN) and it was outstanding: easy access to non-Rivian vehicle (2022 IPACE), simple tap with credit card (no app or ‘membership’ needed) and very Fast-charging. Highly recommend this as effective and more convenient alternative to Tesla chargers.
