I don't think there is an obvious answer. My FE had about 50K miles, was coming off warranty (it was purchased used and had the additional CPO) and never had the wiring harness work performed. So I gained a five year factory warranty, updated wiring harness, and slightly better designed 12V system.
Pivi Pro is a wash IMO. It is faster and I really like being able to cast turn-by-turn directions from CarPlay to the driver display. On the downside, you lose CarPlay screen real estate with the dedicated buttons along each side of the upper screen and the lower screen can't be used for infotainment. I also made a mistake and my '23 does not have the 360 camera, so that dedicated camera button on the side of the upper Pivi Pro screen only serves to mock me.
The FE also had some lux touches and I really don't miss, but it adds to the overall sense of a downgrade: no passenger side memory seat, no full leather dash, no
alcanterra on the pillars.
Worst of all: No Photon Red.
I'm not regretting my choice as I got a decent deal ($25k for a "new" I Pace HSE), but it really was/is a close call. If you like your '19 and can get a new battery pack, I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
