Screen wash fluid - Low level alarm

Hi all,

I bought my 2020 Ipace in late August this year. A couple of weeks or so later I got the low washer fluid alarm. Topped it up with approx 3.5L of windscreen wash fluid and as expected the alarm went way. Now another 2 weeks later the low washer fluid alarm is on the dash once again. I am sure I have not used (actively) the washer more than 7 times.
So I wonder is the washer fluid used in any other circumstances I am not aware of? Does it squirt every time I use the wipers, and I perhaps did not notice as it's been raining? How often do you guys top up your washer fluid reservoir?

I am very confused... looked around in forums, etc and have not seen anyone reporting the same issue. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have not. Will have a look today after work to see what it looks like as it has not rained. I guess my main concern would be if there is a leak and the fluid went on to damage other parts in the car.
I also wonder whether that is covered by the 3 months warranty the car came with. If not, I wonder how much the Dealer charges for the job, if required.
