San Mateo Event this week

Not sure if I'm gonna show up. Too much going on.

I have an appointment today at 3. Not sure if I'm going to make it, I probably shouldn't, slammed at work presently.

I went today at 11:30 and got to test drive the I-Pace and do the obstacle course. Lots of fun! Definitely made me confident about the order I placed for the I-Pace a month ago. Drove extremely well and the handling on the cone course was very impressive. Though I don’t have a lot to compare to as my current RX350 F-sport is not particularly fun to drive. I’m sure this has been mentioned but CarPlay was on the infotainment screen. It’s a much better looking car in person too. I was never impressed by the looks and thought that pictures from the side made it look like a mix between a Prius and Toyota Venza, but it looked way better in person.

Also my dealer here in Sacramento told me today that they just got in a demo car for test driving.

I just came back from the event. What a great car!! I got fifth place on the cone course, haha! Burned a lot of rubber and scared my minder a couple of times

The one-pedal driving with no creep is incredible, really intuitive! The cockpit feels great. Not enough time to delve into the infotainment system but that's ok, there's a lot to learn there.
