Hi all,
Every time I send a request from the app for a departure I get request failure error occurred please try again if I try scheduling a departure I get charge period request failure please try again!!
Initially I did manage to get some settings programmed but now nothing- any ideas/advice ?

Just tried from my app. All worked perfectly, so it’s not a server-side problem affecting everyone

Try waiting until the app has completed its refresh with the car. I have the newer version of the app - at the top it’ll say “Reconnecting...” then “Updating...” then “Contacted ___ mins ago.” My departure requests were failing too, then I tried waiting until the app reaches that last step before trying to set a departure request, and it hasn’t failed since.
