Anyone else having a problem connecting to the Jaguar Remote app?
It's been 10 days and on still not able to get a connection, can't pre condition with this heat.

I preconditioned on Sunday while away from home. It took a few tries but it did work. I just contacted it now and it worked.

Just pulled up journey data from today. Working fine. Cannot vouch for preconditioning since I don't use it, but remote working fine

JLR may have some issues with some servers at the present time.
WattCat - no issue
Old Jaguar app - no problem
New Jaguar app - no connect
Old Land Rover app - no problem
New LR app - no connect

I'm able to login but data is from 10 days, including from the web browser.
I'm not able to start the HVAC remotely

I cleared cache and data for the app, signed in again, and the two "new" apps work again.

The old remote app worked flawlessly for 2 1/2 years and now for the past 8 weeks it fails and forces me to reset my password. Upon doing that it will work for up to 4 days and then force me to reset again. Up until now I felt it was my area causing the problem since no one else posted this issue. The only item that pathfinder diagnosed was to update IDMA (Interactive Display Module A). After that was done it worked for 6 days straight and is back to forcing a reset every so often. No data has ever been lost. The reason I thought it was my area (Hilton Head Island, SC) is the same exact issue is occurring with my wife's 2019 Range Rover Velar. I will post once I have determined the solution.

Update from JLR:

There is an outage they are working on that will be fixed with a software patch. They will try and get it out with a SOTA

No time frame given

Are you still having trouble logging in? It's working for me now, both WattCat and Remote apps as well as the web site

Logs in, can't connect to the car. Last journey is from July 4th
