Reasonable time for warranty repairs?

My 2020 iPace has been in the shop since December 12th last year (3 months and counting) with a cabin water leak and dead heater. Both issues appear to be fairly common on this forum. Dealer (Herb Chambers Sudbury, MA) is unforthcoming with any estimate on a return date.

3 months to repair under warranty seems excessive to me. Does anyone know if there are consumer protection laws covering this in Massachusetts? What other recourse might I have?

thanks for any insight.

Yeah that's totally unacceptable. The dealer needs to communicate with you and be upfront about challenges. I've had a windshield on order since Jan 4 and finally this week I got an estimate of arrival date 4/15. >3 months. But at least the dealer has been upfront with me and thankfully it hasn't rained much in the mean time (actually, 'thankfully' is probably the wrong word given our water situation). They're probably waiting for a windshield (or heater) but are failing to tell you so.

Jaguar does have a buy back program for prolonged or unsuccessful repairs. I looked into this last year during a 2 month process, but got my car back before it had to be pursued. Your dealer should be able to tell you how to contact them. I have a number for this that may not be correct: 1 800 452 4827.

Wait, what??? 10 months??!!! That has to violate the laws of nature let along whatever local lemon laws that apply. What in the world do they say to you about this? I've had the car in for over a month twice since Jan and it has been over a week for the third visit, but this is in a whole different league.
