Are puddle lights standard on the I-Pace? I didn't see any mention of them in the owner's manual or my order sheet.

They are standard on all trims. If you look at the build specs for the S trim level, standard exterior features include "Heated door mirrors with approach lights".
The SE Trim adds the "Auto-dimming, power fold, heated door mirrors with memory and approach lights"

I would also be interested to know whether the 'Jaguar' text displayed can be changed - eg into the logo or something else

I was showing that to my brother, and he said his Denali does the same thing.


I said no it doesn't-- it doesn't say JAGUAR!!!! (Clearly inferior! Hmmph!)

On my poverty-spec version there's no logo and the lights seems to be aimed towards the side of the car beneath the mirror instead of the ground (when dark I can see a circle on the side of the car). I'm thinking this could probably be "upgraded" if I can get hold of the correct lens. I saw in another thread someone wanted to try the E-pace lights. Do they fit?

That sound like something that your dealer should fix under warranty. It's supposed to shine on the ground.

They do light up the ground, but I have no idea if this is the way they are supposed to work or not.

that light is actually quite good and seems to light up the ground over a big area. My light only shines a perfect circle with "JAGUAR", there is no spill to light up the area, its pretty useless in my opinion.

Maybe the lenses are missing on your I-Pace? Mine are just like @DHCrocks described. Your setup does light up the ground MUCH more.
