Many posts of problems require knowing which model year, what version of Infotainment is installed, what version of TCU, etc., in your car.
Please include this information in your account settings so it shows up automatically with your posts.

You can shorten InControl Touch Pro Duo to just ICTP. Pivi Pro to Pivi.
TCU is self-explanatory.
Battery Energy Control System as BECS.
Other known technical details about your car related to issues being raised can be added to the account settings, or please include in the posts.

Pivi cars will not show TCU or BECS. Go to the Software Update display to see current version. The version may not show if you have a new car that has never received an update.

To update the settings:
  • Touch your avatar in upper right.
  • Select account settings.
  • Add/update "vehicle details"
  • Or touch "your account", "signature", type the info
  • Save

Thank you.

For those slow people like me,
Click on your avatar picture in the upper right of this screen.
Then click on the "Account Settings" in the bottom half of the dropdown menu.
Then look to the left of the page, at the red selections to find "Signature" and click on it.
This opens a box to type in. I typed in the bottom of the box and it put my digits at the top of the box when I hit the save button at the bottom.

I finally got around to adding this info, but what does it say about my ‘19 that I’m still on TCU 19.2 while others with a ‘19 are on 20.2?
