Just received a call from my Jaguar Rep to check up on my recent service in Honolulu (All is now working perfectly) and he informed me that OTA updates are now active in US. He claims they are operational now.

Maybe that's why I got an alert on my nav panel to update the maps?

Can I do that OTA (I don't have the car SIMM, so it would be my iPhone's connection).

Thanks. The other thread covers that distinction also, but I hadn't read it.

How long did it take? 30 minutes, or more than that?
Download from the website onto a flash drive was like 30min and the update to the vehicle itself was only like 10min. Tip - turn the car on first and then insert the flash drive into the usb port inside the center armrest after the vehicle is on. You should then be prompted for the map update.

If it doesn't mention it, you can drive during a NAV update. The latest NAV has improved CCS locator.

Good stuff, and thank you!

No love here. Tried everything to SOTA.

TOPIx shows SOTA ON. Car is set to receive, WiFi connected, or Cellular both tested.

NGIIMC S19A_19.07.2-312706 S19A_19.11.4-330884 Update

My TOPIx subscription is up to date, but it instantly says:

Error occurred while performing SOTA operation, please contact system administrators or try again later.

It does not appear to online yet. Why? Because the car says it has 19.07.2 loaded in it but also says UP TO DATE. TOPIx says that's a lie for my VIN. So no update information is being broadcast to my car.

Brake Recall Notice but no OTA?

OTA not ready here in California. Just got a recall notice in the snail mail Had to call and make a dealer appointment to get a "software update" for the brakes... and here I thought this was the future! Can't wait for OTA to be working. Would save a lot of hassle (uber-ing to/from dealer, waking up early, leaving work early, etc. etc...)
