saw this on aliexpress; figured it would never get made for our car, too low-volume, but since the new XE got the same steering wheel, we got one. Even though there are paddles on the XE, figured it was worth the gamble to order one.

Very happy to report that it fits perfectly; I'm now satisfied that the wheel is a bit thicker (guess that's the bmw fanboy still in me,) and the white stitching / perforated leather now match the seats.

easy install - just a few hours. If anyone is interested in ordering one, lmk - (they customized the white stitching for me, i'm assuming they can do it in any color.) I'll share a link.

self-install - you tuck the edges under the plastics with a provided trim tool. $45 or so
