My I-Pace was 6 months old when I bought it and no idea of the previous owner. Consequently I don’t know the Master pin. I’m guessing the system restore option will probably reset it to give me a clean entry option. Anybody tried this?

The default master PIN is 1926. Try that. If it doesn't work, there is an option to wipe out all user settings and that will reset the master PIN back to 1926.

That’s very cool… Bill Lyon’s (Sir William) set up the Swallow Sidecar coach building company in 1926 so a nice homage to him… he eventually built the first car named Jaguar in 1935 so that could also have been a good number. A nice nod to Jaguar heritage. More importantly, your tip works so thank you very much 😁. I haven’t contacted many JLR franchises, those I did call didn’t know this so you’re one up on them, well done!
