So early last week, the "buy back specialist" #2 gave me a list of dates to retrieve the vehicle. I replied with some dates/times and conditions. They never called me to confirm but the tow truck appears in front of my house this morning. He had no idea what he was towing and no knowledge what to do. So the dealership called me twice today, first time since my issue, go figure.
My conditions were:
1 - reimburse for yet another month of insurance I paid (a month later)
2 - tow the vehicle at your expense
3 - have check ready on arrival.
Then the FIRST buy back specialist was not too pleasant on the phone - I didn't get angry or raised my voice - just asking why they are not making me whole.
Last week?? JLR or Jaguar CEO stated they're wanting brand loyalty, and turning it around after firing past "marketing" blunder team yet this is going on right now to customers.
They tow the vehicle, argued about reimburse and NO CHECK.
