My JLR dealer included an "Encore" service, whereby a Jaguar-savy person comes out from the dealership to your home, and explains anything that needs explaining, and answers any questions. In my case, I waited a couple weeks while figured out what I could from the physical and on-line manuals, and just playing with the infotainment/dash systems. So, when the guy came out I had a few questions that he was able to answer. Subsequently, when questions came up, my Encore guy (he gave me a business card with "Encore" in his title) texted me some YouTube videos that applied. After some frustration with one item (too long a story), I arranged to meet him at the dealership and we drove on the nearby freeway so he could show me. Every thing on the car works; it's just very complex and time-consuming to figure it all out. So the "Encore" specialist is not a salesperson, and not a service technician - he's just a young smart guy who has figured out, or will figure out, how everything works on the car. On my Jaguar surveys I gave the Encore service the highest marks of the overall I-PACE purchasing experience.
