The app still shows in Google Store for me. Been working ok once I cleared cache and confirmed app permissions.I noticed the same behavior today. I uninstalled it. When I went to Google Play to reinstall it it's no longer there!
Looks like JLR removed the app. Can anyone else confirm this?
Thanks PaHub until I cleared "data" my Samsung J3 was not responding. Once I read your tip it is now working properly as designed.To get it work on my SSG Galaxy S8, i had to clear not only "cache" but also "data". so a full uninstall / install cycle should also do the trick.
Just noticed route planner doesn't work for me either after seeing your post. I just posted a one star review on the app in the Google store and emailed [email protected]. They contacted me back when I did this for the main app. I was surprised anyone called me back from JLR and they said they were doing alot of restructuring in order to serve their customers better. They even asked me to share this fact on the forums.Remote app is working fine for me on 10, but the Route Planner app does not. I tried the usual - clearing the cache, checking permissions, uninstall-reinstall. Now, when attempting to login, I get "sorry something went wrong." See screenshot for extra fun!
