I've sent myself CSV files from the Journey's tab of InControl many times. Today, I've tried it 3-4 times, and each time the email is showing up with no file attached ... Anybody else having this problem all of the sudden?
I witnessed a JLR server outage at the beginning of the month. It failed to respond to requests for journey information. It did not lose data, it just was unresponsive, and when access was again available, the data appeared retroactively.
