It varies by country, but it will accept up 240v x 32 amps in the USA, or Level 2 charging.

Some articles and some posts on sites say it only charges at 120v. That seems to be wrong. From brochure:

Charging the battery at home couldn't be easier. For optimum charging, you can install an approved Jaguar wall box2.
I-PACE is equipped with a 7kW single phase AC on board charger3, which can fully recharge the vehicle overnight and deliver up to 35km of range per hour. To ensure that you are always able to charge I-PACE, the vehicle also comes with a universal charging cable, as standard, that can be used with a domestic socket. When using a domestic socket, charging rates are slower than a wall box (up to 11km of range per hour), but are sufficient to cover the average daily commute of 60km4 if the vehicle is charged overnight. Industrial sockets (or upgraded domestic sockets) can charge up to 35km of range per hour5.
1A DC rapid charger provides large amounts of energy in a short amount of time. The charging rate decreases as the battery reaches full capacity, therefore
in most use cases it is quicker to rapid charge up to 80 percent capacity or for the extended range required. Actual charge times may vary according to
environmental conditions and available charging installation.

2Jaguar have authorised charging infrastructure partnerships for all markets in which I-PACE
is available. Our infrastructure partners are available to advise of the best solutions for you. Please consult your Jaguar Retailer for further information.

37kW electricity supply is available in most countries.

4This figure has been obtained from the 'Driving and Parking Patterns of European Car Drivers'
mobility survey, conducted by the European Commission.

5Based on a 240V, 32 amp supply.

MULTI-FUNCTION CHARGING CABLE
The Multi-*Function Charging Cable (known as a Mode 2 Universal Charging Cable), supplied with I‑PACE, allows you to charge the vehicle from either a domestic socket or an industrial connector (IEC) socket. Ask your Jaguar Retailer for more information on using I‑PACE in other countries.

My assumption is that the US car will ship with a 120V only charger. With a 240 mile range, getting a level 2 charger is a good idea. We have two of them already.

I don't know.

The Volt ships with a "120v" EVSE, but if you supply it with 240v, it charges at L2.

I doubt they will make a specific US EVSE body. It will most likely be 120-240 electronically. Whether it comes with the adapter like Tesla does to allow 240v or not remains to be seen. Tesla give you a 14-50 (RV) plug adapter that you attach for doing L2 charging.

The owner's manual is not complete. Finding Euro brochures and manuals is a better source it seems.

Yes, I have 3 L2 chargers, 2 at home, and one at work. A Bosch, a Clipper Creek, and a Juice Box.

If the included EVSE does do 14-50 like a Tesla, you will be able to L2 charge at RV parks in a pinch.
