"I-Pace SVR Will Be Game Changing" is a bold statement and that's simply because the I-Pace SVR will be a BOLD vehicle, everything enthusiasts are looking for. Come time for launch the following is expected. Compared to what other car makers have planned, this new SVR product will be unmatched. Here's a breakdown of the to be features:

near 50/50 weight distribution
prioritized handling
0-60mph in just 1.8 seconds

It's a short list so far till Jaguar decides to release more. Once ready, expect to see it proven on the Nurburgring.

On 24 November 2021, the TOPIx Daily Updates notice included "NAS21.11.011 - I-PACE SVR Process Update - Virtual Classroom" (bolding added by me)
Further speculation may now begin, or present more definitive information if you have it.

Speculation: Jaguar realizes that they need to do something to get the I-PACE back in the press and relevant. An SVR edition would do that provided it gets sub 2 second 0-60 acceleration to join the likes of other brands with cars that can do that. We should see it sometime next year. Part shortages might be an issue for achieving this as it is impacting production of all JLR models.

Silly wishful thinking: Jaguar produces an update for all of us that provides a choice of ECO, Comfort, Dynamic and SVR modes.
