Porsche is fast indeed, but let's do repeated runs of Model S/X vs Jaguar then see the numbers. Say for one hour straight. Then we can do a fair comparison. Keep in mind Model S/X really can't keep running on tracks at full power for long, but the I Pace has not "thermal" fade from being pushed beyond limits for continued operation in the 0 to 60 time. It is sustainable performance.

Even the Porsche has a temporary "boost" mode they admit is used for faster numbers. But even without that I believe it can do 0 to 60 in mid to low 3 seconds.

Ipace feels much faster than 4sec. It's good Jaguar under promised over delivered on the 0-60

If you want to be fair then you would have to restrict your comparison to 2019 Teslas since the i-Pace has only been available as a 2019 model. The Model 3 and the "Raven" S don't suffer the same sort of thermal shutdown. The "Teslas can't lap" story is old news...

Actually not really, the Model 3 does better but does thermally limit and Raven Model S, can you please point to a non Tesla demo sustained performance that shows this? I don't believe any Tesla outside of "specially modified" or coded ones given for testing from Tesla have ever shown sustained performance that is designed into the Porsche or the Jaguar.
