I picked my IPace HSE up on 11/15/2019 and absolutely love it! We generate more electricity than we can use and instead of selling it back to PG&E at a discount, we purchased this car. So great never to need fuel! Every AM there is a full car waiting for us. The drive is great... Good job Jaguar!

This was a leap of faith. I am a big consumer of fossil fuel for various vehicles. My past thinking was the more cylinders the merrier. I have/had large diesels (Hummer H1 and F450), SUV's all with 8 cylinders, sport cars (V10 and turbo 8's). So, moving to electric was concerning. I had my eye on Tesla for a while and placed an order for Model X. A loaded one cost came out to be 125,990.00. I purchased my 2019 HSE at the end of the year. The MSRP was 89,000. Tesla sold over 200,000 units so the federal tax credit is reduced to 1,800.00. There are no discounts at Tesla and they are a tech company making cars, not a car company making cars with technology. Quality and collision repairs can be challenging at Tesla. Anyway, Jaguar gave me an 8,000 discount, a really fair trade for my car, 0% interest for 5 years, free 240 volt charger with installation and a great purchasing experience. In addition, in my area, I received 3000.00 from a power authority and 800.00 from PG&E. This gave the confidence to buy an electric vehicle. Well, I am happy! This car is great! I purchase my iPace HSE from Haron Jaguar Land Rover in Fresno, CA. (559) 237-5533

Welcome, Raptor! Glad you're with us and hoping many trouble-free miles on your new car. As Sciencegeek said, there's a ton of good information on the forum and feel free to ask if you have questions. Sometimes the owners manual is not very clear and there are many long-term owners who can help out.

I got my I-Pace from Haron around the same time, but I live in Los Angeles

Nicholas the EV specialist, is extremely knowledgeable about I-Pace.

Do you live in the Central Valley?

I'm coming up on 18,000 miles since Dec 2019. At 0.04 per mile I figure I'm saving 0.20/mi or about $3600 already over ICE transportation. And maintenance? Not so much as an oil change yet... We early adoptors got no discount, no respect, so need to pile up the savings ;-)
