Have you ever noticed when your I-Pace was charged like 235, and when your turn on your AC, it jumps down to 135, like almost 100 miles, I tried few times and it still did the same thing. I only encountered this once.
This happened to me once the situation was the car was 90+ degrees inside and the air came on full blast to get it lower. once things settled down and the air normalized to a maintenance situation the range came mostly back. My explanation was that at the beginning the car assumed the climate system would be on full blast forever and added that into the predicted energy usage for the whole range.
My Ford Focus Electric's AC would use almost all of a level 2's output, if you sat in the car with the AC running, while it was charging on a hot day. I had to get out of the car and find a shade tree to get some charge in the car.
