It sounds like they should be different values from what you and science are saying

Mine was exactly like that (everything at 97%) for the car I ended up buying. And I've seen the same thing (also at 97%) from other members in the past.
Seems a bit strange, but at least it's not indicative of a problem with the specific car/dealer in question.
