So it started with me going by the dealership because my Jag app and car stopped talking.
On the way I pushed the call button and nothing happened.
At dealership they thought they had the call button fixed but put in a help request to JLR on app issue.
When they returned the car 45 mins later, I jumped in, wiped the screens, steering wheel, buttons etc and drove off.
Half way home ( 10 miles) I find I am getting no sound, not from radio, not from phone, everything appears muted and the call button just flashes, no response from JLR.
dearlearship is clueless, no service appts with a loaner for 4 weeks.
did I do something to mute everything while wiping everything down?
Any ideas?

I have seen the voice command issue but it resolves after the car sits for 30 minutes or so. No sound at all is most strange. Hopefully the dealer figures it out soon but 4 weeks without audio will be a pain.

Thank you for the reply- after reading it I see that I chose my words poorly-
Since I do not use voice command, I did not even think to test it-
what I meant to say was that the car and the Jag Remote no longer communicate with each other.
On the bright side I got an email from my dealer moving my appt to June 1
