Greetings! The app and connectivity stopped working for me, since the car only has a 3g radio. My dealer simply told me it is what it is.

I'm in awe they would have sold this car in the US in 2019 with only a 3g radio...

3G radio? Do you mean someone told you it has only 3G cellular service connectivity? If so, that is wrong. It has 4G and will fall back to 2G if needed and possible since 3G service has been shutdown by carriers several months ago (starting a little over 1 year ago). You should see 4G show up in the upper right corner of the upper touch panel. If not, what does it show?

Can you supply more information about the problem?

I wish I could buy you a beer!!! So here is te rundown:

The internet through the car and app stopped working, regardless of Sim card. The dealership told me it's due to it only supporting 3g.

Dealership is wrong.

By about 50 seconds after the car is fully powered up you should see what level of service you have. What do you see?

What do you mean by app? The Jaguar Remote app does not require a user SIM. The internet browser does require a user SIM. The one initially supplied with the car is AT&T service.

What software versions are shown on the software update display? Infotainment and TCU.
