What do these icons indicate?


They are at the top of my cockpit display, middling position, and they look like three blank figures with a rectangular body and a round head, grouped together side by side.

Do you have "Smart Climate" turned on? Those indicate which seats are activated.

It is the backseat

Yes, it's the back seat. When someone is sitting there without seat belt that position will turn into a red figure. When they buckle up it will turn into a green figure.
That way I can see when my kids in the back have put the seat belts on so we can go.

Yes, looking again today it was clear they were stylized seats (not persons).

I did have the smart climate on (and no one ever in the back seats) so I couldn't figure why there were three seats shown.

I was thinking of the front passenger seat and the two door side seats as the three, and drawing a blank what that could mean.

All three of just the back seats makes sense. Thanks! I guess I could have been clued in if I had anyone sitting back there, but it's never happened so far.
