Remote connection lost

WattCat (and Jaguar Remote) both stopped connecting to my car about 24 hrs ago after I attempted a remote climate start. WattCat reports "Cannot retrieve updated vehicle status". Journeys (trips) also does not show any new trips completed since connection stopped.

Navigation still connects and I can send the car routes and destinations.

Any ideas for re-establishing the remote connection? Is there a reboot/reset procedure?

What worked for me was to go to the computer and log-off all devices and then log back in on each of them. For me it was my computer, phone, watch and car.

Others have used the wrench button on the overhead console and reset it. And others have reported it just started working as mysteriously as it quit...

My car stopped connecting after a dealer installed update (sorry, not sure which one). I tried all the home remedies described above, but none worked. It had to go back to the dealer for a reset on their equipment.

Thank you for the suggestions. I've tried both with no success. I think I'll need the dealer to sort out.
