THIS. Resetting the "Jaguar Assistance Button" usually solves all communications problems in the I-PACE. It worked for me the last time I tried it when I was having connectivity issues: the car is not connecting to InControl Remote, the car is not connecting to mobile data SIM, car connects to WiFi network but not really connecting to internet. After the reset, everything worked.
