It's a 36 month lease. After down payment, trade in, and tax credit, the amount financed is $70k. This is for a 2019 First Edition with 2300 miles on it. Car was a corporate demo, they said.
How were these problems not evident after 2300 miles by the dealer?
I would expect this from a car sitting on the lot for a year with old build dates

I could trade it in, but I'd be taking a $5000 haircut ON TOP of the $8100 in trade in value I got for my XF. Not happy at all.
What kind of issues? What did service do?

I just dropped it off yesterday, so they haven't done anything yet.

Here's a thread dedicated to my experience thus far:

Agreed with pretty much everything you wrote, except this one, really. The I-PACE does rather poorly on the "moose test." Whenever I lay on the accelerator starting from a low speed through sharp corners, the car has a tendency to break loose and understeer.

That aside, I don't expect Taycan-like handling on my I-PACE. What I expect it to do, it does very well.

I read that the moose test result could likely be improved with software changes. Something to do with the traction control programming. It should do better in the moose test given low centre of gravity.
