Wheel choice anxiety

I was wondering if anyone else thinks the wheel choices are poor for this car. I don't like any one of them. It looks like Land Rover got to pick them and not Jag people - I never have liked any Land Rover wheels. I'd have to go black wheels for sure and the only wheel that is half-way acceptable to me is the 15 spoke 1022, but it doesn't come in black and only in 18"s. I'd rather have a larger 19" or 20" as well. I know I could possibly powder coat that wheel but would still be stuck with the 18"s.

SO, the question is, does anyone know if the bolt pattern and other important wheel criteria will match and cross from other Jags to the iPace? I would just get the FPace black blades if that was the case, someway, somehow. Maybe my wife wouldn't notice if I stole hers.

Carbon Fibers wheels should be considered although its only for anyone who can stomach the price of buying them and then the day-to-day worries of damaging them

I love the 22" carbon wheels and ordered them even though I expect to get panic attacks everytime I enter a public parking in the future

I don't much care about the looks. I care about ride, performance, and durability. The 22s probably have worse ride and durability than the smaller wheels, but it all depends on what the car was engineered for.

I went with the 20" wheels for that reason.

I went with 20" also, but I might buy some 18" wheels also and put snow tires on them for either skiing or desert trails.

22" rims in general:

More money, less life, less choices for tires.
Rough ride.
Easier to get flats.
Very easy to curb them.
Lower range and acceleration.

Two Chevrolet Volts in service
24.2 kW x 480v 3ph solar array self-installed.

I am most definitely getting the smallest wheels available. I care more about ride quality then looks, and saving a few dollars doesn't hurt, either.

I ordered the HSE with 20 wheels. Will run 18s in the winter.

I ordered the base 18" wheels. Some of the larger wheels are quite pretty, but I don't care a lot about looks. In a car, that is.
