Lightbulb Winter Wheels Snow Tires Recommendations

My I-Pace came with 22's split spoke. Great looking wheels but I would have bought 18's if it were my choice. Now looking for Winter setup. There are people who have posted pics of using Land Rover Wheels without issues. What do you think? Is the difference going to mess with the car? Could really save a lot of money (I know why buy a Jag if that was the primary goal?) buying takeoffs.

My Sales person says he heard from other customers that those 22 inch wheels and tires do really well on Land Rovers and Jaguars in winter. The tread pattern doesn't have many grooves or sipes, so highly doubt they will do well on snow or ice. I don't mean get up and go, I mean stopping ability.
