My Remote app has stopped updating/communicating with the car, even after logging out/logging back in, unistalling/reinstalling, and driving the vehicle multiple times over a couple days. It's now been 4 days since the app has updated...it still thinks the car is charging from last Sunday night, and the Journey's page is not showing any of the drives we've taken the last few days. I contacted the developer/support email in the app, and initially got an auto-response that the email isn't really monitored, which was maddening, but then the next day I got an email from Jaguar support. They asked for the VIN and my phone # which I gave them yesterday, but haven't heard back yet. But it's a bummer that the app functionality is mostly useless at this point for me.
